  • Learning how to duck, slip, throw jabs, straights, hooks & uppercuts are just a few of the many things you will be taught.
  • Experience a heavy bag work out and a couple of rounds on the focus pads.

  • You need no equipment, unless you have your own gloves.
  • You will be asked to fill in a basic health form.
  • This experience is for 4 sessions of 1 hour each.

  • Restrictions: You must be 17 years or over for the adult experience.
  • Availability:  Mondays to Saturdays subject to availability.
  • Dress code: Gym clothing recommended. Gymtowel required!
  • Weather dependant: This is not weather dependant.
